I would appreciate reviews from all my new and returning guests regarding my service and business at More Travel Edmonton . I recently received a comment from a guest that left me feeling quite disheartened. As the owner of a travel business, requesting a passport copy is standard practice. It can be challenging to communicate effectively with clients when I’m busy, especially without their names. Since I work alone from home, I strive to provide the best service possible, and I hope some guests can relate to that. I was surprised to hear that my requests were perceived as rude, harassment, or even human trafficking. It’s important to clarify that we don’t profit from flights; we only handle bookings, and not all guests are willing to pay a service fee. I’m not sure if I’m taking this too personally, but it has been affecting me, especially since I’ve only encountered a couple of similar situations in the past 18 years.
