Our Halloween Zumba® classes our just over a week away. Do you have your costume ready yet? I can't decide! 930am Zumba® Kidz 1030am Zumba® join us throughout the week as we dust off some of those old Halloween songs.
One of the best things about Zumba®, aside from the health benefits, is the amazing bonds and connections you make with people. We aren't just a group of individuals in a fitness class together but instead a family, united by love and passion. As I watch participants mingle before and after class and hear them show support and love for one another my heart is filled with love and joy for this amazing bond we all have. We aren't just providing a space for fitness and health but instead a place to come and connect, a place where for even just an hour you forget about all that's going on in the world, where it's ok to let go and be yourself, a place where you are accepted and loved for just being you.
