Travel day! En route to Tofino. We stopped at a cold swim. Owen was the only adventurous one. From there we entered Pacific Rim National Park. We hiked the beach and some trails before hitting Tofino late.

Our last day on Protection Island. We hit the museum, bikes the isle, swam in the Pacific with seals and tried to take the ultimate selfie.

We hit the airshow today. What an amazing display. We got to see a Lancaster flying which is special to this family as Gillian's Grandpa was a navigator on one.

This is 12! 12 trips around the sun and still going. Happy Birthday Julia. Many games on the menu for today. We love you kiddo.

So our week is almost done. This sums up our week away. 'Family'! These moments are rare but worth the time spent together. We saw some of the sights, we ate at the local places, we enjoyed the beach and especially jumping in the waves.

Today we went to the gulfarium. They do great work with rehabilitation of animals. We caught a dolphin show, a sea lion show and wandered the grounds. We hit up our local fun stop across the way for some laps in Go-Karts. There was no bumping allowed. So we just jostled for position! We finished with some bumper cars and an ocean dip. Good night Destin!

Today we hiked some state parks, a beach and found an Olive Garden so the kids could see an all you can eat bread service!

Here we go again! Raymond's go Emerald Coast! We are exploring the north coast of Florida near Destin. A long day of travelling followed by some beach time and a sunset dolphin cruise that did not disappoint.

Thank you Washington! We hit up the local air and space museum and saw the Apollo 11 command module (so cool), a model of the enterprise used on the show, The declaration of independence and the bill of rights and one last look at the white house from the front this time.

Today we hit up The aerospace museum in Virginia. This was candy land for the adults. We got to converse virtually with experts at some exhibits and learn about all the fun stuff. Gillian and Julia in the flight simulator was a blast to listen through every barrel roll.
