Seeking cleaners for airbnb rentals.

Applicants MUST be able to provide an invoice, own a personal vehicle and cell phone. We would prefer applicants with prior cleaning experience (ideally short term cleaning).

Cleans per unit typically take about 3 hours, general cleaning duties include:

Stripping and washing of all linens and towels
Wiping down of ALL surfaces and walls
Sweeping and mopping the floors
Cleaning the tub, oven and all other appliances

With high demand for our rentals comes more cleans ! We will be review applicants over these coming weeks. We have a lot of work available but are very flexible, you chose how often you chose to, or chose not to work! There are no minimum or maximum amount of cleans per cleaner :)

Must:
Be able to provide invoice
Have personal vehicle & cellphone
Flexible availability - must be able to go on short notice
Past experience as a handyman

Typical work to expect:
General small repairs. Door & door lock installations, small plumbing repairs, furniture assembling, light fixture installation and repair, painting and drywall, etc.
