The Belevedere Details

The Belvedere is oceanfront in Seaview (central-north of PEI). Not far from the sought after amenities. This is a beautiful beach that is connected to the Cousin's Shore Beach - dry white sand, ocean and miles to walk in either direction.

The cottage is air conditioned. It has 4 + 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bathroom will have an air-jet tub as well as a 5’ walk in shower. There are 2 sets of washer/dryer. The cottage will be completed with high-quality furnishings, mattresses, appliances, linens and décor.

5th bedroom: single over single bunk beds Media room (murphy bed): double The upstairs sunroom also has a pullout sofa, but we do not count this as one of the bedrooms.

The entire front of the cottage (skyward windows) overlooks the ocean. The centre part of the cottage is two-floors (with the sunroom above), however the other parts of the cottage have two-storey windows all along the front section with ocean views. The main living area will have down-stuffed furnishings, ship-lap details, a propane fireplace, flat screen TV, and oceanfront views.

The kitchen is customized to accommodate discerning foodies and chefs - high-end appliances, wine fridge, large island, beautiful ocean views...a second full fridge is located in the laundry room. The dining table will seat 10 and the island will seat 4.

The media room has a large projection TV screen, theatre-style seating and a surround sound system. It will also have a murphy bed to be converted into a bedroom.

The sunroom on the second floor (accessed via a beautiful spiral staircase) will have a pull out sofa bed, chairs, desk and a wet bar and fridge. The second floor deck off the sunroom will provide a great outdoor living space for viewing beautiful sunsets and will be furnished with multiple chaise lounges for comfortable seating!

The outdoor living space just off the main floor living/dining area is covered by the deck above (weather proof) to allow for shade from sun or rain when you wish to lounge with that amazing ocean and coastline view! The cottage will have multiple decks to choose from and an outdoor shower. The access to the beach is just down the lane via the beach boardwalk (we are not able to put stairs in directly off the cottage lot because of the height). This beach boardwalk access services the high end cottages in this area.

Summer Rates June 30 to August 31 $7,000 CDN per week (plus taxes, if applicable) Spring and Fall Season Rates Before June 30 and after August 31 $4,000 CDN per week (plus taxes, if applicable)
