Dropped into about Kingston Food Tours business and couldn’t resist Tuesday Taco Special - Panko encrusted Pickerel, with pickled red cabbage, lime mayo and jalapeño served with a Margarita. I opted for their mocktail one as many of our guests are opting to not have alcohol - I’m pleased to report this version was really delicious! ~ H.

Saturday’s Open Farms Harvest Event in Springer Market Square and City Hall was excellent. Such a wonderful way to celebrate the Bounty of Frontenac County Farmers and the exceptional Restaurant’s in Kingston that are locally focused.

Slow roasted 'Doublejay Farms' shaved prime rib, demi-glace, 'Bushgarden' old cheddar, crispy fried shallots, horseradish aioli
