NOW OPEN for the 2012 Season. Watch for times here. It's been a long journey and I'm not sure where it began, but here it is. Chippy Chippy Bang Bang.

The idea of Chippy Chippy Bang Bang is the Traditional English Chippy. If any of you have ever had an opportunity to visit the UK and try chippy food, it's pretty basic, inexpensive, no frills food. There is one on every corner and every kid in the UK has at some point been sent to the chippy to get the evening tea. What I like about the chippy is a piece of fish looks like a piece of fish and it'

s more fish than batter. That is the way I like it and I hope lots of you like it that way too. Thick cut chips from real potatoes and a traditional pork sausage, lightly seasoned, for a change, once in awhile are typical. The English Curry has been around for at least 20 years. It's basic & simple and if you eat poutine or just like your chips smothered in something, this will be for you. It's not hot, just spicey, but full of everything that is good for you. Ask for a taste before you buy. It's just real food, with nothing added but love!!!
