Hello Everyone!

First off, we would like to thank all of you for putting in so much work throughout the year and doing very well at the Achieve Spring Leadership Conference! We know we had some set backs with the resources being given to us quite late in the year, but overall, it was a successful first year.

And finally, we know we have been putting this off for a while but we were hoping for more people to buy sweaters. April 8, 2016 will be the last day to give in any money for sweaters this year. Hey guys! As you all know, the conference is coming up really soon and we just wanted to remind you about proper conference attire. We expect that you start looking around to see if you have everything you need.
For most events, ladies are advised to wear a business suit with a tailored blouse, or a blazer with slacks (or skirt) and a tailored blouse. Guys are advised to wear a business suit with dress shirt, slacks, and a tie. Dress shoes are also preferred.
For all competitive events, 5 points ARE awarded for proper dress. For some events, exceptions to the dress code may apply. For example, for some skill events like clinical nursing, scrubs are considered appropriate attire. Therefore, check your event guide on http://hosacanada.org/home/competitive-events/ to find out about the proper attire for your specific event.
