Van City Seaplanes is looking for a new seasonal team member for our office. Looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills, excellent communication skills both via email and on the telephone.
Must have ability to demonstrate 45wpm typing ability or better. Good computer skills and experience with MS Office and Excel applications. We operate Mac Computers so experience with Macs is an asset.
Duties will include but not limited to answering phones, assisting customers with booking flights, managing aircraft schedules, keeping pilots informed of passenger changes and destination changes, preparing schedules, emailing customers to confirm and plan flight schedules.
This is a fast paced environment so multi tasking is required and essential for safe and smooth operations.
