The plush, dark chair will fold down to accomodate an extra guest if the bed's capacity has been reached. There is yard access which abuts the bay for weather watching. An open floor

plan maintains connection with the entire space. Walking into the dining area into the living area, the bed will be to your right, with the bathroom to the right of the bed. The house has 2 suites. You will have full and private access to the suite pictured via a main enterance and then a separate entrance into your own suite via a second door. The deck on the back of the house is attached and looks into the second suite. As such, please respect the privacy of the other occupants and do not use this deck.
