Cottage for sale in Port Loring Ont. This is a boat to cottage. The ride to the cottage is 5min. or less. The cottage is
894 sq.ft with two bedrooms, a three pc bath, a beautiful recently renovated kithcen, living room and a 12' x 12' eat in
sunroom with table and chairs, overlooking the lake. Plenty of pine in the cottage plus a few carvings. Bedrooms are a

If you were to buy this cottage the only things you need to bring for your first trip up would be food, bbq propane
and personal effects and your boat. Everything is included with the cottage.
I do not have pictures of the rooms in the cottage but look for "dons cottage" on facebook and find pictures of the
bunkie, the lot, the lake and some videos. When I get back up in the spring I will post pictures of the cottage interior.
The bunkie makes a good income if you decide to rent.
