We are doing some last minute improvements to Laddy’s Lakehouse to get ready for the rental season. The landscaping is being freshened up, the new fence and gate are almost complete and we will be adding the beginnings of an outdoor kitchen soon! There are still weeks available.

Newly built in 2021 - Sleeps 6, 5 TV’s, streaming services, high speed internet, music / speakers throughout, central air, fireplace, outdoor patio with bbq, outdoor propane fire pit... All the amenities of home with beach at the end of the street!

High season pricing (June 15 - Labour Day weekend) is $2,100 for a week (Sat. to Sat.) and $1,500 for 4 night, full 5 day stays (Mon. 10 am - Fri. 5 pm).

Minimum 3 night stays available outside of high season.

Days like today have me dreaming of the beach and warmer weather. We still have some weeks and 5 day rentals available for this summer, but they are booking up quickly.

Hi everyone! We are starting to book for the 2023 summer season, but still have lots of weeks available. This year, we are offering 7 night rentals (Sat. to Sat.) at $2100 with a $500 security deposit and also 4 night rentals (Mon. to Fri.) at $1325 with a $500 security deposit. Well it’s not the first thing you look at when you want to rent a cottage but internet is important in todays world. If you rent at Laddys Lake house you now have Execulink fiber internet. You can easily work remotely or stream your favourite shows on those rainy days.

Today was an absolutely perfect weather day in Long Point. I’m doing my best to soak in the last days of summer and then we’ll be into Fall, which is so pretty here. The beach at the end of our street is currently the nicest in the area (water levels have steadily been dropping). Lots of availability for shorter stays available for Fall. Message us for details.

I took a few pictures while out for a walk tonight. The first 2 are at the end of our street and I’m happy to say we have some beach back! 😎.

I can hardly believe that summer is almost over. We have 1 week still available (August 28 to September 4). After that, we will be offering minimum 2 night stays (2 nights for $600, 3 nights for $750 with each additional night at $225/night). The fall is absolutely beautiful here. Message for details!!
