A few mins from Bell Island Ferry and only 13 mins drive to St. John's International Airport (and Tim Hortons)! Just 23 mins to city center (shopping, malls, etc.), downtown St. John's or Health Science Center.
This brand new suite has 1 bedroom with Queen bed plus fold out queen bed in living room. Full kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave as well as your own washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, TV, kettle, etc. for your convenience. With ample parking and free wifi (including Disney+ access for kiddos!), this apartment has all you need to feel at home away from home.
Owners live upstairs and can provide additional information about the city of St. John's. No smoking. No parties. Short term rental only (max 2 wks). Pets may be allowed (case by case basis, additional pet fee required).
