🩰 Pointe class, whether working in soft shoes (pre-pointe) or pointe shoes, provides exceptional strength and mobility training for your dancer's lower body. Some of the many benefits include:
•STRENGTHEN: pointe will strengthen your dancer's ankles, feet and core which can result in better balance, stronger turns, and more.
•ALIGNMENT: pointe class emphasizes alignment of the feet, ankles, hips, and torso, leading your dancer to better alignment, balance, and posture in their other disciplines.
•TAP CROSS-TRAINING: pointe focuses on and enhances intricate movements, ankle mobility, and foot/ankle control which can all greatly benefit your dancer's tap work.
We offer pointe and pre-pointe classes for ages 12-18. Our pointe technique classes work exclusively on skills, exercises, and technique💪🏼.
