GET TO KNOW THE INCREDIBLE NEUSCHWANSTEIN CASTLE IN GERMANY ✈🇩🇪
The wonderful Neuschwanstein Castle, or Schloss Neuschwanstein in its original German name, is a true fairytale castle. It inspired several locations for works of fiction, the most well-known and iconic is Cinderella's castle, symbol of Disney studios. Its interesting story mixes enchantment and tragedy.

STORY OF FAIRY TALES, MADNESS AND MYSTERY
Each year, an average of 1.3 million tourists visit Neuschwanstein Castle in Germany, but not everyone knows its peculiar history.
King Ludwig II of Bavaria was the creator of the castle in the 19th century, inspired by the work of a great friend, the famous composer Richard Wagner. To design it, he called in Christian Jank, a theatrical set designer, rather than an architect. This choice already demonstrates what the King's intentions were, and also explains the fantastic appearance that the castle has.

However, what started out as a beautiful fairy tale had a tragic and mysterious ending. The King was declared insane by the State Commission in 1886, near the completion of the castle, and was imprisoned there. Soon after he was taken to Berg and in June of the same year he was found dead in Lake Starnberger, along with the psychiatrist who confirmed his insanity. To this day, it is not known exactly what happened.

A city filled with theaters, museums, religious sites, modern buildings and ancient ruins, the city of Kiev is the center of Ukrainian culture. The Monastery of the Caves, founded in 1015, and the Cathedral of Saint Sophia, founded in 1037, are both World Heritage Sites. The Museum of the Great Patriotic War, topped by the massive Statue of the Fatherland, offers incredible views of the city below.

Have you thought about your next vacation to visit London ✈🇬🇧
London is one of the most visited cities in Europe, and the reasons are well known. From the iconic Tower of London to incredible monuments such as St Paul's Cathedral or Westminster Abbey, passing through the inevitable Windsor Castle, the truth is that London has no shortage of attractions. And that's not to mention the unmissable Coca-Cola London Eye, which offers incredible views over the city.

Now, given London's popularity as a tourist destination, it is often necessary to face long lines to visit London's main attractions (including the London Eye). Fortunately, there is a way to mitigate this inconvenience.

Certainly one of the most beautiful castles in Belgium ✈ so far, the Kasteel van Zellaer is also an option for those who enjoy walking outdoors. That's because the building (which is said to be a scaled-down copy of a castle in the Loire Valley in France) is surrounded by a wooded park.

Acquired by the city of Bonheiden in 2017, the castle is managed by a non-profit Catholic lay society. The management proposal is for the castle and its park to be used by the local population. Hence the free access for walkers and cyclists.

Melbourne Australia ✈🇦🇺
The city is divided in half by the Yarra River and on the south bank is the most touristy area Southbank, full of restaurants and other infrastructure prepared to welcome the many tourists. In the city center, we can go up to the Rialto Towers, which have a floor that serves as a viewpoint, for a 360º Melbourne experience.

A stroll through the city center will surprise you with the perfect symbiosis between new and old, modern buildings alongside Victorian buildings. To help you get around the main points, there is a free tram (train) that runs through the streets of the center and that you can use getting on and off as often as you like. Some of the old buildings not to be missed are in Federation Square, such as St. Paul's Cathedral and the beautiful Flinders Street Station.

If you travel to Portugal ✈🇵🇹 don't miss the city of Aveiro
On the west coast of Portugal, next to the estuary, is Aveiro. It is a city distinguished by its canals where colorful moliceiros circulate. It is known as the “Portuguese Venice”. Traditional boats, once used to harvest seaweed, are now a tourist attraction.

The symbiosis between the city and the Ria is described by Saramago as a “living body that connects the land to the sea like a huge heart”. The village was founded in the time of the Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius. It was the web-footed birds that existed there that gave the land its name (Aviarium).

You will love walking in Zurich, Switzerland ✈🇨🇭
this city that looks like it came out of a fairy tale.
Zurich is Switzerland's financial center and therefore offers a wide range of luxury activities. But not only luxury lives Zurich! It is possible to discover some of the wonders of Zurich without spending a lot.

Start the tour by visiting the churches of Zurich Old Town, there are 4 important churches in Zurich Old Town, Fraumünster, Grossmünster, Predigerkirche and St. Peter. All are historic churches, the first two being reformed churches, that is, they were Catholic at the time of their construction but became Protestant just over 500 years ago! Of all the churches, Fraumünster is the only one that charges entrance (around CHF54), and that's because of Marc Chagall's famous surrealist stained glass windows. Taking pictures of the stained glass windows is prohibited, so you will have to see them yourself!

A must-do trip, Germany ✈🇧🇪
It's no wonder that this beautiful city is the most famous on the Romantic Route in Germany. Rothenburg ob der Tauber is even the most charming, the most attractive and the most full of attractions than all the others.
For starters, the city is all walled in and this makes it irresistible. Even because it is difficult to find completely walled cities these days. Due to the fact that many of the small towns had to give up their walls to expand, there are few places where you can still see intact walls like those seen in Rothenburg, Germany. Other reasons cities have lost their walls over time are invasions, wars, and decay.

In this way, Rothenburg continues to keep within these walls hundreds of years of history and an atmosphere of the Middle Ages. To this, added to the beauty of well-preserved buildings, flowers in the windows and lots of entertainment. Without a doubt, the city you MUST visit on the Romantic Route!
It is even said that Walt Disney was based on Rothenburg's plan to make the village where Pinocchio lived in the famous cartoon that he brought to life… could he have reasons to be more inspiring?

Are you going to travel? So I advise Greece 🇬🇷✈
The Greek island of Paros It is one of the most popular and touristic islands in the country. Cycladic islands and the reasons are obvious: exquisite beaches with crystal clear waters, traditional villages with white cubic houses with colored windows and doors, narrow alleys, bougainvillea of various colors, chapels, churches, monasteries, an exciting nightlife...

It barely has vegetation, it is practically mountainous and has large tracts of land suitable for cultivation, being one of the few Cyclades to eliminate them. It has two large natural chasms called Naussa and Parikia.

The coast of Paros offers numerous small coves and two large bays, Naussa and Parikia. Naussa It is one of the most beautiful villages in all the Cyclades and its picturesque port, in which we find a Venetian fortress, the white houses, the narrow and cobbled alleys, the arches and the churches, in addition to its famous beaches, attract a crowd of visitors each summer.

If you visit France ✈🇨🇵 go to the Castle of Langeais
It is a castle in the department of Indre-et-Loire, France. It was built on a rocky headland created by the small valley of the River Roumer, at the opening of the Loire Valley. Despite looking dark and menacing, the rooms inside are richly decorated.
Langeais Castle has been classified as a National Monument since March 1922.

The Castle of Langeais was originally built as a fortress in the 10th century by Foulques Nerra of Anjou. That Count of Anjou undertook the construction of numerous defense works during his reign, including the primitive Castle of Langeais.

If you visit Belgium ✈ 🇧🇪 don't forget this wonderful,
Ooidonk Castle is the residence of the current Count t'Kint de Roodenbeke. A fortress was first built on the site of the present castle in 1230, intended to defend the city of Ghent and to fortify the river Leie.

After the original fortress was destroyed by Louis de Male, count of Flanders, Jean de Fosseux rebuilt and enlarged it from 1381 onwards, adding moats, so that the castle could only be reached by drawbridge, and strengthening the defenses with four towers.
In the turmoil of religious wars the castle was destroyed twice, in 1491 and in 1579. After the fire of 1579 it was rebuilt again, and this building survives as the present castle.

You will certainly enjoy visiting ✈🇵🇹 Livraria Bertrand do Chiado, distinguished by Guinness World Records as the oldest bookstore in the world in operation.

Entering Livraria Bertrand do Chiado and visiting its seven rooms is like exploring a part of Portuguese history and literature.
Recognized by the Guinness World Records in 2011 as the oldest operating bookstore in the world, Bertrand do Chiado lives up to the motto “antiquity is a post”, as it has effectively sold books since 1732.

“The end is the beginning” – this is how the Bertrand Manifesto begins and this is also how we can start the expedition through Bertrand do Chiado: entering through the main door on Rua Garrett or through the door of Café Bertrand, opened in May 2017, on Rua from Anchieta.

If we opt for the main door, the first room that welcomes us is Aquilino Ribeiro's. To the right, next to the bookcase that highlights his work, we find the “Cantinho do Aquilino”, a place that was once where the writer collected himself in readings and thoughts.

Bertrand do Chiado is a peculiar bookstore, as in addition to being a book store, it is a space where it is possible to make an expedition through the various rooms and the authors who sponsor them.

In addition to Aquilino, there are José Saramago, Eça de Queiroz, Almada Negreiros, Alexandre Herculano and Sophia de Mello Breyner, all of them with a space dedicated to them: a shelf, where the work is highlighted and a plaque where tells the story.

If you are thinking of traveling, include the Philippines in your itinerary ✈
The best time to visit the Philippines is during the dry season, which runs from November to May. During this period, the country is completely accessible, even on the most remote islands. Temperatures can get pretty hot between March and April, so it's best to travel in the "cooler" months, from November to February. Still, don't expect anything much below 30ºC.

Let's start !❤💯

Day 1: Arrival to Tashkent and city tour

Welcome to Uzbekistan! Transfer to the hotel and early check-in at the hotel. You can have a rest after your long flight, take a shower, and have breakfast. After we start city tour to Tashkent. The largest city in Central Asia is a curious blend of Islamic and Soviet influences. Visit the Old City area of Tashkent where you will find the Khast Imom Complex which contains ancient holy Quran of Caliph Osman. Experience the bustling crowds of traders at Chor-Su Bazaar before taking a ride on the city’s famous Soviet-era metro system which like Moscow’s features some of the most ornately decorated stations in the world. Exit at Amir Temur Square Station to view the statue of the great conqueror and next to it, the grand Independence Square

Day 2: Tashkeknt – Urgench (flight) – Khiva city tour

Today very early in the morning we will transfer to the domestic airport to catch the flight departing 7:25 am to Urgench. Upon arrival in Urgench at 8:55 am, 40 minutes transfer to Khiva.

We will visit the walled inner-city section of Khiva called Ichan-Kala. This old section of town preserves more than fifty historic monuments and hundreds of old houses dating back hundreds of years. The entire citadel is protected as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. As you walk through the enormous city gates, you are confronted by the glistening Islamic beacon, the Kalta-minor Minaret. Delve deep into the town on a guided tour that embraces all of the city sites, and includes an ascent of the Islam Khodja Minaret, the highest minaret in Khiva. Enjoy broad views of Old Khiva atop the Kunya-Ark Citadel. During dinner, we will get the chance to watch exotic folklore show of local musicians and dancers from the Khorezm region.

Day 3: Khorezm – Bukhara flight

Today you are free to spend a day on your own in Khiva or you can decide to join the half-day trip to Ayaz Kala & Toprak Kala ruins in the desert (requires some steep ascents by foot). After breakfast, we depart towards Toprak & Ayaz Kala, clay ruins of ancient Khorezm in the desert. First, we drive 2 hours to Toprak Kala, ancient capital city of Khorezm around 2nd century AD). From there it is another shaky one hour drive to Ayaz Kala. According to archeological excavations, the Ayaz Kala fortress dates from the 2nd century BC. It was part of a system of border fortresses which stretched as a chain from east to west and which defended the Khiva oasis from the desert side. Return back to Khiva where we will have lunch and free time in the afternoon. Late check-out from the hotel by 6:00 pm. After dinner we take flight to Bukhara, departing at 9:10 pm. Upon arrival at 10:05 pm at Bukhara airport, transfer to the hotel.

Day 4: Bukhara city tour

The second of our UNESCO World Heritage stops – even the very name Bukhara conjures up images of the exotic Orient. For centuries, it was an important trading post and an academic center. The Old Town has been well preserved and is crammed full of minarets, mosques, and madrassas. Its once-notorious canals and pools, the source of many an epidemic, have now been drained but the most famous, Lyabi-Hauz, is still there, an oasis shaded by mulberry trees at the heart of the city. Your guide will show you the city’s unmissable sights and you can soak up the atmosphere wandering through Bukhara’s labyrinthine alleyways. Sights that you will see on today’s walking tour in the Old Town of Bukhara: Minorai Kalon complex, Ark Fortress, Bolo Hauz Mosque, Chiobs Mausoleum, and spring, Mausoleum of the Samanids. The guided tour ends in the early afternoon and you have some free time before dinner. Dinner in the city.

Day 5: Bukhara – Samarkand (Train 2 hours)

Check out from the hotel and depart to visit the Mausoleum of Naqshbandiy, 15km outside of the city center. There are many orders in Sufism and representatives of all the orders were present at different times in what is Uzbekistan today. The Sufi order Naqshbandiyya had the greatest and longest-lasting influence and the memorial place is still well visited by pilgrims. Next, we visit the summer residence of the last Emir of Bukhara – Sitorai Mokhi Hossa. «The place where the moon meets the stars» is what the name of the palace means in Persian. On the way back to Bukhara we see Chor Minor madrasa, whose four minarets (chor – four) and the style remind one of India’s building style. Lunch in the city. At 3:52 pm we take the high-speed train Afrosiob to Samarkand. Upon arrival in Samarkand at 5:20 pm transfer to the hotel for check-in and dinner in the city.

Day 6: Samarkand city tour

Sublime Samarkand evokes an almost mythical past full of romance and intrigue. This was the domain of Timur, one of history’s great conquerors. His vast empire rivaled any, stretching across the Eurasian steppe, who ruled his kingdom with an iron fist while at the same time patronizing the arts and literature. Much of his architectural heritage has been preserved, allowing us to see how the city might have been at the peak of his power.

We start the day with the visit of Gur-Emir mausoleum, where Timur is buried. We will hear the stories from his life and how did he start the construction of Samarkand. Then, we go to Registan Square – Samarkand’s and arguably Uzbekistan’s most famous landmark. The focal point of ancient Samarkand is framed by three beautiful madrassas (religious schools) – Ulugbek, Sherdor, and Tillya Kori. After lunch, we will have time to explore the Siab Bazaar, where fruit and vegetables grown from the rich soil of the Zarafshan Valley are sold in a colorful market. You may explore the city on your own during your free time this evening.

Day 7: Samarkand city tour – Tashkent

After breakfast, we visit Konigil Paper Mill. At the paper mill, you may see the process of paper production from mulberry tree bark – just like in 8th century Samarkand. We then go to Shahi Zinda, to the tile-rich street of turquoise and blue domes. After lunch, you can have free time or visit Ulugbek’s Observatory and Afrasiyab Museum. At the museum you can learn more about the ancient city of Samarkand – then known as Afrasiyab – that was destroyed by the Mongols in the early 13th century. We will catch our train to Tashkent later in the afternoon to go to Tashkent. Train leaves at 5:30 pm. Arrive in Tashkent at 7:40 pm and enjoy dinner in a local restaurant before the hotel check-in

Day 8: Tashkent – Rishtan – Kokand -Fergana

After having breakfast, check out the hotel and continue today`s journey through the picturesque Tian Shan mountain range to the beautiful Fergana Valley. On the way visit Rishtan. The town is famous all over Uzbekistan for its ceramics. It is no coincidence that pottery became so prominent exactly at this place because the red clay and pigments available here are of excellent quality. We have the chance to visit the studio of a pottery master and learn more about his job and passion that has been passed down from generation to generation. From Rishtan we then drive further to Kokand, another town with a rich history as a trading and religious center. In the 19th century, it was the capital of the Kokand Khanate, that stretched all the way until the southern Kazakh steppe. We will have a short sightseeing tour, which includes the remains of Khudayar Khan’s Palace as well as the impressive Jami Mosque. Dinner in restaurant overnight in a hotel.

Day 9: Uzbekistan: Fergana – Kyrgyzstan: Osh – Bishkek

After breakfast transfer to Osh city crossing Uzbek Kyrgyz border. If we have time visit to Sulaiman mountain. UNESCO World Heritage Site. Nicknamed Kichi-Mecca (Little Mecca), Suleiman Too sacred mountain is a major place of Muslim and pre-Muslim pilgrimage. On top of the mountain is a stone shelter known as Babur’s House, named after the 15-16th-century Muslim leader who founded the Mughal Dynasty in India. Lunch in Osh. Flight o Bishkek 40min. Arrival to Bishkek city tour. Dinner overnight in a hotel.

CHINA, SHANGHAI ✈🇨🇳
Oriental Pearl Tower

This 468-meter-tall tower is the city's most iconic contemporary building, and its image is showcased throughout the city, from postcards to t-shirts. Love it or hate it, Deng Xiaoping-era design is inadvertently retro; a certain mix of science fiction meets brutalist Soviet architecture. Inside, the highlight is the Transparent Observatory (259m), where you can peek down the glass-bottomed walkway. Also don't miss the excellent Shanghai History Museum in the basement.

To begin your tour, take the elevator to the 263m-high Sightseeing Floor for a 360-degree view of the Bund and its growing growth of historic buildings. Other features of the tower include a 267m-tall revolving restaurant, a Space Capsule sightseeing floor, a 5D cinema and an indoor roller coaster – all of which can be ignored, though they are good options if you have kids in tow.

CAMBODIA ✈
Phnom Penh is the capital and largest city in Cambodia. He is known by different names like Nam Vang or Nam Vinh. The city called ´´The Pearl of Asia´´ in the 1920s. Currently, Phnom Penh along with Siem Reap and Sihanoukville are the cities most attracted by national and international tourists. Perhaps Phnom Penh is not as famous as Siem Reap with international tourists, but Phnom Penh is known as a highly developed city despite its sad and cruel history with colonial and Khmer buildings.

ITALY ✈🇮🇹
Basilica of St. Anthony - Padua
Largest church in Padua. Here is the tomb of Saint Anthony. Every day it is visited by countless people.

Very close to the monumental cemetery, is a beautiful basilica, dedicated to Saint Anthony, under the administration of the Franciscan friars.
The care with which it was built can be seen in the details.
The bells play a beautiful song in harmony (at least for those who don't listen to them all day) at the established times, and in front there is a square with a fountain that is very conducive to relaxation.
