• If your PGWP is still valid, the work permit will be issued for up to 18 months from the date your current PGWP expires or until your passport expires, whichever comes first.

• If your PGWP has expired, the work permit will be issued for up to 18 months from the date your application is approved or until your passport expires, whichever comes first.

• To maximize the duration of the open work permit, make sure your passport is valid for at least 18 months from the date your PGWP expires (if your PGWP is still valid) or from the date your application is approved (if your PGWP has expired).

In its latest draw Ontario invited 754 Express Entry candidates to apply for a provincial nomination on March 2nd 2021.

The candidates who were invited to apply had existing profiles in the Express Entry system with Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores between 463 and 467.

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) invited candidates who may be eligible for the Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream (HCP). This PNP gives foreign workers the opportunity to launch their careers in one of the most preferred designations for migrants Ontario and make it their new home.

OINP invited candidates to apply for the provincial nomination who had work experience in one of the following 10 occupations:

Banking, credit and other investment managers (NOC 0122);
Advertising, marketing and public relations managers (NOC 0124);
Other business services managers (NOC 0125);
Corporate sales managers (NOC 0601);
Financial auditors and accountants (NOC 1111);
Financial and investment analysts (NOC 1112);
Human resources professionals (NOC 1121);
Professional occupations in business management consulting (NOC 1122);
Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses (NOC 3012); and
Business development officers and marketing researchers and consultants (NOC 4163).

কানাডায় ১০টি প্রভিন্স এবং ৩টি টেরিটরি রয়েছে। এই ৩টি টেরিটোরির মধ্যে ইউকন একটি। কানাডার ৩টি টেরিটোরি দেশটির উত্তর দিকে অবস্থিত। ইউকন কানাডার উত্তর-পশ্চিমে। টেরিটোরিগুলোর আবহাওয়া খুবই ঠান্ডা থাকে। ইউকন টেরিটোরিটি তার ঠান্ডার জন্য পরিচিত। তারপরও এখানে ২০১৬ সালের আদমশুমারি অনুসারে ৩৫ হাজার ৮৭৪ জন বসবাস করে। এখানকার আয়তন হচ্ছে ৪ লাখ ৭৪ হাজার ৩৯১ বর্গকিলোমিটার। রাজধানী হোয়াট হর্স। সেখানে লোক বাস করে ২৫ হাজারের ওপরে।

বাকি ১০ হাজার লোক বাস করে এই টেরিটোরির অন্য টাউন ও গ্রাম এলাকায়।
ইউকন খনিজ সম্পদে ভরপুর একটি প্রভিন্স। এগুলো এখনো উত্তোলন করা হয়নি।

আগামী দিনে কানাডিয়ান সরকার হয়তো এই খনিজ সম্পদ উত্তোলনের কাজ হাতে নিতে পারে, সে কারণে এ ধরনের প্রোগ্রামের মাধ্যমে তারা কিছু বিভিন্ন পেশার লোক এখানে নিয়ে আসার পরিকল্পনা করছে। কানাডার প্রতিটি জায়গায় নাগরিক সুযোগ-সুবিধা সমান। এখানে আপনি সব ধরনের সুবিধা পাবেন। অর্থাৎ, নর্থ-পুলের কাছে বলে এটা ভাবার কোনো কারণ নেই যে এখানে নাগরিক সুবিধা কম।
