Darkyerpa cave religious festival on 20th August 2018.
They displayed Thangka of Master Atisha on that day and many local people and tourists were there to see festival.
The Weather was perfect!

Explaining brief history of Lhasa Shutun(Yogurt festival).
The 30th day of the sixth lunar month is celebrated with the hanging of a huge Thangka morning at Drepung monastery and afternoon at Sera monastery once in a year since time of the HH the 5th Dalai Lama in 17 century.Rest of 5 days, all local people and tourists go to the Norbulingka to watch Opera dances and for picnic.
The Opera dance was an ancient Tibetan traditional dance which found by the Master Thang Tong Gyalpo in 15 century.Even Shutun(Yogurt festival) is the most popularly summer festival of Lhasa.

Hello Good luck!
I did trip at MT Kaliash in middle of August but unfortunately my tour group couldn't make three days trekking at MT Kaliash due to its snowed a lot around Kaliash specially heavy snow at top of the Dolma la pass.
We backed from Drapuk 5050m to Darchen immediately.More than 7 tour groups didn't get chance to make three days trek around the MT Kaliash.
I was so disappointed,they are too.

My tour group they did short trek from Tent Camp(5000m) to Everest Base Camp(5200m)
for 4 km up and 4km down,so it's took 1.30 hrs up and 1hr down.

15 days tour in central Tibet and MT Everest.
They are Russian and they are mediating in the Monastery as well as very much liked to swim in lake and river so they did twice swim in the Barmabudura River.
We did 1.30 hrs hiking in the mountain.

I am at Holy MT Kailash with tour group.Its hard to see the view of MT Kaliash now because of its beginning monsoon here in Tibet.
Otherwise it's beautiful here to travel now.

Here magnificent view of the holy MT Kaliash,Lake Manasavora and MT Gula Manda.

The MT Kaliash is one of the holiest Mountain of all the Buddhists and Hinduisms,it's one of the greatest spot to make pilgrimages as it has a beautiful route of Kora or trekking.

Lake Manasavora is fresh water lake and it is also a holy Lake in Tibet and it has a beautiful route to make trekking or Kora for three days also there are five small monasteries around the lake Manasavora.

Mountain Gula Manda is the palace of goodness Sarasvati.

This is Sakya monastery and a main school of Sakyapa Tibet Buddhism.Its divided in to two institutions.The north monastery founded by Khon Konchok Gyalpo in 1073.The south monastery founded by Shakya Sangpo in 1268 to fulfill the wish of Drogon Phakpa.
There are many holy statues in center of assembly hall ,beautiful murals painting on north wall of assembly hall and collections of 84000 thousands ancient sutras(scripture book) made from Palm leafs since 11 century and 13 century.Sakya monastery is the second biggest library in Tibet.

Make an amazing Tour and trekking to the Holy MT Kaliash in once life.That should be a big tip in your life time to change the Karma.
Here some pictures,I took during trekking to the MT Kaliash for three days.
There are 54 km to the whole Kora of MT Kaliash.
Day-1:20 km,6,7 hrs approximately.
Day-2:22 km ,Dolma la pass(5653m) 7/8 hrs approximately.
Day-3:12 km 3.30 hrs approximately.

Those pictures are at east of Lhasa,name called Bayi ,(Konpo).420 km from Lhasa.Especial there are lot of Peach flowers in middle of March to first April and we held peach flower's festival in middle of March.The peach flowers can be there from middle of March to First of April and at that time lot of people go there to see as it is very beautiful there.

Winter tours from 14th Jan to 20th Jan 2016,it is my first group and first trip to the MT Everest group in this new year of 2016.
Actually it's 7 days trip from Lhasa-Gyaltse-Shigatse and MT Everest.
So the weather was so beautiful and they had fantastic winter trip in Tibet.
I was so happy with them.
