When she brought the light to the world, she fell in love with the prince of Troy, Tithonus who was a gloomy man. Aurora brought Tithonus to Olympus, as Tithonus was a mortal, Artemis, goddess of the moon helped her to hide Tithonus up and advised her to ask Zeus to grant the prince immortality. Then Aurora asked Zeus to grant the prince immortality, but forgot to ask for everlasting youth. As a result, the prince soon became aged, left away from Aurora, came back to the world. However, Aurora gave birth to their child at that time, she intended to leave their child in Olympus, but Zeus disagreed with her. Zeus brought her child to the world when Aurora was out. Aurora was transported with grief, and could do little for that. As a result, the world lost the light as the grief of the goddess.
