Building technique is one of the hardest aspects in surfing.
But after many years of surfing and coaching; We learned the secret sauce, jst 3 things that make any beginner or intermediate move to the next level.

1. Biomechanics: how our body works and moves thru proper methods to develop faster your balance and surf stance.

2. physics: 110% is this what we do in order to pop up, project, gain speed or break. Playing with your center of gravity and weight distribution in time and space is part of it.

3. Grounding: this one requires connection, breathing and acceptance, we're 70 to 80% water, we jst need to rewire to feel our matrix work inside of us and become one with the sea. (Awareness & Joy)
