Welcome to Villa Martorino in the luxurious brand new modern Peninsula Tower located in the prominent area of Playa Langosta, steps to the beach and minutes to Playa Tamarindo. Just 15 a minute walk or a 5 minute drive is the lively tourist town of Tamarindo known for its international dining, dancing, live music, local culture shopping and world class surfing.

Inside the Villa
Enjoy all the comforts of home in this open concept fully equipped residence with a gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need…. fridge, stove, dishwasher, icemaker, coffee machine, blender, toaster, microwave, all dinnerware, cutlery pots/pans and steaks knives. The dining room table comfortably accommodates 6 people.

The living room has a 40” flat screen LED Smart TV, HDMI, cable TV and high speed internet throughout the home. There is a large shaded terrace with outdoor seating.

Enjoy a great night’s sleep in the Master bedroom on the high end memory foam King mattress with luxurious linens. This Master suite includes built in closets with a 40” flat screen LED Smart TV with cable and DVD player. The ensuite bathroom boasts a large cascading rain shower head and built in shelf.

The spacious second bedroom accommodates 3 people and the workstation desk has a large picture window overlooking the Marino Las Baulas National Park. There is direct access to the terrace and adjacent to the bedroom is a second full bathroom with stand up shower and rainforest shower head.
The home includes ensuite laundry with a laundry sink, ironing board and iron. Every room has its own remote controlled individual A/C units.

Property Features
The Villa has on site 24 hour security and gated parking with your own designated spot. Property Management Concierge Service is available to assist you with Airport Transfers, excursions and to answer questions. Enjoy maid service, toilet paper and hand soap.

In addition, there is a fully equipped gym and games room with pool table, foosball and ping pong table.

Right outside your door are two large pools with a separate shallow pool for children, two outdoor grilling areas, two outdoor eating areas and chaise lounges.
