The facility is located at a most premium location at the village of Kalopanayiotis, Nicosia district, and is approximately one pleasant hour drive from Nicosia. Kalopanayiotis has so far received about 100 million of investments over the last few years.
It offers a unique high bridge over a river that flows year-round, a water dam where one can fish, several hiking trails, the old area of the thermal baths, churches and museums. Of course, the most treasured experience is of the UNESCO World Heritage protected monastery of Saint John Lampadistis which still operates and has preserved to this day amazing samples of various trends of the Byzantine and post – Byzantine monumental art, from the 11th to the 19th century.
About the Facility: THEOXENIA
Theoxenia, is a property of aprox. 1000 sq. m., situated at a prime location currently consisting a restaurant/cafe with a unique view, 5 large apartments (currently 3 are operational), a swimming pool to be and parking areas. It sits at a central high point of the village and offers uniquely spectacular views to its guests.
The main entrance is accessed from the main road, which is also next to the newly built teleferic, making it easier for visiting guests to connect with the restaurant as they can very easily trasport from the bottom of the vilage to the top with ease.
The restaurant with indoor and outdoor areas, can host about 120 persons. It incorporates a recently extended deck to further facilitate the spectacular view, covered outdoor areas and indoor high ceiling spaces with a fireplace.
The 5 large apartments feature high ceilings with a mezzanine, balconies and a private swimming pool and surrounding area strategically located at the lowest level, for privacy. Materials: Grey river stone, wooden floors, decking, glass, cement.
Parking spots are available for the guests from the main road, right next to the main entrance as well as below the street right next to the apartments pool entrance. 4-5 cars can park at the top level and 5-6 cars at the lower level.
