The Bücherwald! They don't catch the eye. They stand by the side of the road as if they have always been there and as if they will be there forever: five thick, old tree trunks.
This is how the circulation of books works in the Bücherwald(book forest) someone removes the volume-and someone else brings along another and puts it in the space that has become free.
This book exchange is part of a worldwide movement that describes itself as "bookcrossing". The motto is: give a new life to your books instead of leaving them on the shelf.
