The accommodation:
Small and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment in a dead-end road in Echterdingen. You have your own private room with a large Boxbett, satellite TV, WiFi, desk and wardrobe. Airport & highway as well…
Access for guests:
Coffee, tea, mineral water and fruits are available in the kitchen for you (free of charge) A basic selection of food, such as butter, eggs, milk, toast, jam, honey
will be provided for your breakfast (free of charge). If you don’t want to make your breakfast by yourself I will make it for you - charging a little fee.:-)
You can use the kitchen and prepare your own food ... but please ask before you need some of my food or eating;) In the fridge you will have your own tray for your own brought food and drinks. Towels, toiletries and a hairdryer will be provided. You are welcome to use the laundry facility. You will share the bathroom and toilet with me, same for the fully equipped kitchen. Most of the time I am out for work so we won't bother eachother! Guest Interaction:
Checking in: I don't really have an official check-in time. When you know your arrival time...please let me know in advance (by Email or mobile number) to make sure to welcome you at my apartment and hand off the keys to you. IMPORTANT:
Arrival by arrangement 24 h. However,If you check in between 22.00-07: 00 there is a €10 surcharge. Late check-out or day room upon consultation. Shuttle service from / to the airport on request at extra cost. The neighborhood:
Immediate proximity to the highway and airport / exhibition. Nevertheless, in a quiet dead-end road. Within walking distance there are many restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc
Transportation:
Public transport in 5 min walking distance. Driving time to Stuttgart (city center or main station) 25 min, to the Airport / Trade Fair (Messe) 3 min, SI Centrum (musicals, SchwabenQuellen & Stuttgart casino) between 11-23 min
Other important information:
During your stay feel free to use my bicycle (for a deposit). If you are arriving by car you will get a visitor parking permission
House Rules:
Please leave everything as you found it upon your arrival. Please be careful and behave yourself as if it would be your own home or the one of a friend :)
Please put the things you used in the kitchen in the dishwasher ... that's enough :)
Please be respectful and mindful .... then everything is great;)
These things should be normal human behavior - I only mention it because I unfortunately had to make even unpleasant experiences. So please do not misunderstand....
