The Dominica Community Tourism Association Inc. (DCTAI) is an umbrella NGO charged with the responsibility of community tourism development of community tourism in Dominica. The DCTAI consists of 17 individual community tourism groups and one regional body, the North North-East Tourism Environment Development Committee (NNETEC), who has a membership of 17 groups.
