Golden Prairie - Cabana Beach, Dominica

After spending the afternoon in Calibishie with some new friends, I stopped off at Cabana Beach on my way back to town. One client was interested in seeing a few more sunset images in my portfolio, and while I wasn't in the ideal location to create an epic sunset photograph, I was still hopeful, so I setup my equipment and waited. This is the result.

"Fond Cole at Dusk" - A friend was interested in purchasing a print of an image of her community, Fond Cole, and I decided to get creative.

Instead of attempting to use my drone on 'the flat' (this was our original plan), I drove to the uppermost section of the community, found a perch atop someone's concrete roof (I cleared this with neighbors first) and waited for the sun to set completely.

I captured approximately 70 shots and used ten of them to create this final image. She's happy, so I'm happy!

"Cochrane at Blue Hour" - I had scouted this location a couple times before and on this trip, I just needed the best conditions to capture the shot I had envisioned. Sometimes the sky opens up and gives us something special... this was one of those times.

When the time was right, I captured about 30 individual images to create this single photograph.
