The excavation was done at the end of March but the construction started on 17/4/23. Not bad going as we had to wait 5 days for the gunnite (spray concrete).
Excellent progress being made!

Antes había jardín, y ahora se hace una piscina.

All walls plastered (finally!) and almost all painted. The new exterior doors and windows have been fitted and the electrical fittings are going on, Bathroom tiling is complete so on with the loos!

Nuestro proyecto principal se va avanzando bien:
Revestido y pintado (casi) por todo. Ya está montada la nueva cristalería y se van montando los mecasismos. Los baños ya están embaldosados entonces se montan los sanitarios!

As always you have to dismantle an awful lot before you can rebuild.
So, out with the kitchen, bathrooms, doors and frames, steps, skirting tiles and false ceilings!

Ya hemos empezado otro proyecto importante; la reforma completa de una casa grande en Port de Pollença y hay que desmontar antes de volver a montar.
