توعية المجتمع بأهمية التنمية والنهضة واستغلال الطاقات والموارد البشرية المختلفة لتطوير الوطن , ان تصبح يو ترن من الجمعيات الرائدة في مجالات التنمية الثقافية التعليمية والمجتمعية.

الرسالة:
توفير البيئة المناسبة للشباب للعمل في مشاريع تسعى للتنمية الثقافية التعليمية و المجتمعية.

الاهداف:
-نشر الوعي باهمية ودور الثقافة عن طريق مشروعان متخصصان في التنمية الثقافية والمحافظة على عاداتنا وتقالي

دنا المصرية
-العمل على تنشيط السياحة الداخلية و تبادل الثقافات في مشروع متخصص للسياحة
- تعليم الاجيال الصغيرة المهارات الشخصية المختلفة للوصول الى اجيال تستطيع بناء الوطن
- عمل شراكات مع جمعيات ومنظمات اخرى مشتركة في الاهداف. Vision:
Community awareness of the importance of the Renaissance, development and exploitation of energy and different human resources for the development of our nation, and that U Turn becomes one of the leading associations in the cultural, educational and community service fields. Message:
Provide a suitable atmosphere for the youth to work on projects that seek cultural, educational and community development. Goals:
- Raising awareness of the importance and role of culture through two projects specialized in cultural development and the preservation of our Egyptian customs and traditions.
- Working to stimulate domestic tourism and cultural exchange.
- Teaching the young generations different personal skills to be able to contribute in the building of our nation.
-Forming partnerships with other organizations and associations that have common goals
