7- Diagnostic Studies, Forensic Analysis and Evaluation of Quality and Performance of Existing Structures

Site investigation of concrete strength through non-destructive and semi-destructive testing by the use of Schmidt hammer apparatus, core testing and their statistical analysis.
7.1 Cracking and honeycombing
Crack width determination using the measuring magnifier. Cracks movements and propagation using Demiec gauges. Detection of honeycombing using ultrasonic pulse velocity measurements.

7.2 Complete Chemical Analysis of Extracted Concrete
Cement content, Sulfate content, chloride content ... etc. Determination of concrete Carbonation.

7.3 Detection of steel reinforcement
Location of bars, and concrete cover by the use of steel bar detector

8- Construction Quality Control

To conduct quality control to ensure the continuous conformity of the implemented materials with the specifications requirements. QC of construction techniques with the project requirements with respect to civil, mechanical and, electrical disciplines. Issuing noncompliance reports to the imperfect products with suggestion of proper solutions. Providing quality control and filed inspection plans to monitor and verify the compliance of the end product with the specified requirements and related standards with little or no interruption of the construction work time frame. All in view of minimizing the construction time and cost.

8.1 Q.C. & Q. of Pavement works

Supervision and Quality assurance of construction activities for both rigid & flexible pavements. Supervision implies inspection of horizontal, vertical alignment, sub-grade, sub-base, base course and asphalt or concrete emplacement. Performing both laboratory and in-situ tests on sub-grade soil, base coarse aggregates and on the bituminous mixtures. All these tests are carried out according to international standards such as AASHTO, ASTM, Egyptian standard specification for roads & Bridges and US Army Corps of Engineers.

9- Structural Design and Shop Drawings

• Design of Residential Villa and Buildings.
• Design of High rise Buildings.
• Member of Egyptian Construction Third Party Liability Insurance Pool (ECLIP).
• Preparing Shop Drawings and Detailing for construction.

10- Environmental Impact Assessment (EIS)

• To ensure that environmental considerations are explicitly addressed and incorporated into the development decision making process;
• To anticipate and avoid, minimize or offset the adverse significant biophysical, social and other relevant effects of development proposals;
• To protect the productivity and capacity of natural systems and the ecological processes which maintain their functions
• To promote development that is sustainable and optimizes resource use and management opportunities.

11- Dilapidation Survey

Performing dilapidation survey during construction activities such as excavation, dewatering and, pile installation. Structural diagnoses to the building under study and maintaining records of any sign of structural or architectural distress or defect. Such records include photographing and video recording for these signs. The examination of the structural status of the building are preformed with highly qualified engineers, with a vast experience in this field.

12- Project Management

Project management is the science (and art) of organizing the components of a project. Management includes Cost – Quality – Scope - Time. Defining the Project
To define the project objectives and outcomes

Planning the Project
• Define all project activities.
• Define requirements for completing the project
• Identify project constraints
• Define time scheduling.
• Define assumptions and risks related to the project.
• Define Project resources, budget, and cash flow. Controlling the Project
Updating the project plans to reflect actual time elapsed for each task and cost controlling. Closure of the Project
Analyze the final outcome of the project and comparing the primary objectives by the current.
