🌟 Baked gettes, stuffed with tempeh-mushroom-miso mince & topped with basil hummus 🌟 For the mince, just sauté tempeh with mushrooms, onion & garlic in olive oil, tempeh, miso, cider vinegar & a touch of panela or agave. Once golden, chop & ready. Also delish with potatoes 🌟 For the basil hummus, simply blend boiled chickpeas with tahini, lemon juice, fresh basil, garlic, smoked paprika, salt & water until desired consistency. 🌱 Shiitake neatballs: broccoli, brown rice, carrot, shiitake, sundried tomatoes, oat flour, miso, apple cider vinegar, Provence herbs & chia. ______ 🌱 Raw vegan cauli maki with avocado, tomato & carrot. How to stick the caulirice? For half a cauli, blend an avocado with 1tbsp soaked ground flax, 1tbsp miso, 2tbsp agave syrup, 2tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1tsp powdered ginger & 1tsp garlic.

Encara que soni macabre (perquè ho és) la meitat de la majoria de postres i dolços, són animals. Per què consumir productes q han sortit del cos d'un animal torturat? Quan és tan fàcil gaudir de la vida sense fer mal als més innocents i vulnerables 🍒 M'encanten els animals, per això en comptes d'un pastís cremós fet a base de nata de vaca, gelatina de porc i ous de gallina, l'he fet amb anacards, llet de coco i mantega de cacau. VEGAN FOODIE STROLL this Saturday at 5pm mmmmm!

This is the perfect food tour to meet vegan travellers and locals and discover together vegan Barcelona with a local vegan chef. Maybe you are as mad about food as me and want to join us and enjoy savoury plant based recipes and a classic chocolately dessert during a lovely walk in the old town.

Our vegan tour starts out with a surprise welcome stop, a hidden gem of tradition and crunchy bites. Then we will flow towards four more delicious stops and share tapas - a fun way of tasting many little dishes, rather than a big one. Just like we do with our friends and families, we will go “de tapas” or “taping” in a small group, sharing the experience and our exciting food!

I will guide you through an eclectic colourful tasting in my favourite vegan spots, all very different styles, original and delicious, while discovering some charming streets in the historical centre and sipping on lovely local vegan wine, craft beer and non-alcoholic drinks. I will also give you more vegan restaurant and shop recommendations in other districts, you may love.

One more thing: Come hungry! :D

Price: 55€. The tour includes a surprise welcome stop, followed by tastings & drinks in four stops.

In spring it improves the weather, the temperatures increase, the lengthens the days and all that leads us to enjoy outdoor activities; Spring tends to encourage us more than any other time of year, it means more hours of light and, therefore, a mobilization of hormones that favour a positive mood.

I am a chef who is passionate about flavors, and in love with plant-based gastronomy and lifestyle. While studying patisserie, I realized most cakes and desserts contain animal ingredients, which shocked me. I was already a vegetarian and that allowed me to finish making the connection. My final work for the cooking school was actually a vegan cafe project. Ever since, I have been organizing Vegan Food Tours and Experiences in Barcelona to spread this beautiful, fresh, cruelty-free lifestyle—as positive activism and to enjoy ourselves while protecting animals, our planet and our health.
