Given the magnitude of the project, a construction by a total of 4 phases have been strategized. The first and second phases of the project structural works have been completed. Once finishing and furnishing of these phases have been executed, the Hotel will open its doors for a first glimpse at the portal for ultimate hospitality. This will lead to the embarkation to the two remaining phases. (2) Herfazy Recreation complex (Debark Town)
