A savoir. A parti de demain Matin a 10h nos etablissements seront fermes jusqua vendredi 5 Juillet aux horaires habituelles sauf Rick Shaws a Argenton qui reouvrira ses portes a 19h.

From tomorrow morning at 10am our businesses will be closed till Friday evening. Rick Shaws in Argenton will not be open at Lunchtime on Friday 5th.

After the most 6 stressful years of my life, I have decided to quit being a hôtelier. I can no longer take the stresses and strains of unreasonable people, but also the constant pressure of keeping up with the norms and paperwork.

HOLD ON..... The Remparts is our home and we are staying here, the restaurant and the bar will remain open and we will be keeping a handful of rooms open, style chambre d hôte, for our regular lovely clients. I can't see François and I downsizing for a long time to come.

I am looking forward to getting back to my old self, a lot less stressed, and concentrating on things I enjoy, and surrounding myself by beautiful people and beautiful things.

Keep an eye as the Remparts will continue to evolve, as will Fanny's of Bénévent and who knows what we will get up to next.

1kg packs of chick pea flour for your onion bhajis at only 3.50 a kilo!

400ml organic coconut milk only 1.85.

Tandoori mix spices and a tikka masala mix too, red and green curry paste, coconut curry sauce, ready to use Indian rice.....

2 jars of organic Bolognese and a packet of organic spaghetti just 5 euros too.
