Welcome to our elegant, bright and peaceful apartment in Beaulieu Sur Mer, the 'beautiful place by the sea'. Our spacious apartment was completely renovated in early 2017 and is perfect for a couple, but can accommodate a group of four comfortably. The large 78 sq m apartment is situated in a lovely quiet street, but very close to all the amenities of Beaulieu. Consisting of one large bedroom, wit

h a king sized bed, you also have a dressing room, shower room with a separate toilet room, a double sized living/dining room, well equipped kitchen and the benefits of a large sunny terrace to the front and a balcony to the rear. The apartment is, of course, fully air conditioned and there is also an allocated secure car parking place in the underground garage. We have decorated the apartment in keeping with the area, so you can expect high quality furnishings and linens so that you can relax and enjoy the riviera lifestyle. You will only need to bring your clothes as we have done our best to ensure you can arrive and just relax. Whether it's sitting on the sunny terrace for breakfast or having a small glass of rosé in the evening, you should find everything you need for your stay. Our apartment manager speaks excellent English, Italian and Russian as well as French. She will meet you and help you settle in. If you have any questions during your stay she will be able to help. We have been coming to Beaulieu for many years on holiday and three years ago we were lucky enough to be able to move our boat to here. With spending all of our available free time here, we soon realised it would be perfect if we could have an apartment too. After searching for two years we found our apartment. Beaulieu is wonderful to stay in for many reasons. Situated in the 'Golden Triangle' of St Jean Cap Ferrat, Villefranche Sur Mer and Beaulieu, the setting is one of seaside bliss. The two excellent beaches and world class marina in the port are the obvious draw, but the local amenities are superb with many independent food stores and local markets along with a brilliant supermarket. There are also many restaurants and shops to suit all tastes and budgets. Everything is within easy walking distance and you do not need a car to explore. On top of this, there is a centrally located train station which takes you to Nice, Monaco, Italy....... in minutes. If you prefer the bus, there is a bus stop only a few steps away from the apartment which again takes you quickly to Nice and Monaco. Beaulieu is perfectly located for all the major events along the Côte d'Azur including the Monaco Grand Prix and Boat Show, all the festivities that Nice hosts and Cannes is an easy train journey for all it holds. If you prefer a quiet time in then you can sit back and relax in front of the large LCD smart TV with high speed unlimited wifi on offer. Push your culinary boundaries in the fully equipped kitchen safe in the knowledge that the dishwasher will make quick work of the clean up. Retire to the king sized bed with a book and sleep soundly between lovely high thread count cotton bedding. The next day you will be able to do it all again. Votre Maison a changé et apparemment vous y êtes sensibles merci à tous pour être venu nous retrouver

Un Samedi comme on en connaît restaurant plein et sur une note de partage incroyable

Votre amour pour cette adresse nous anime à continuellement vous surprendre

Anais Nico et moi avons fini sur les genoux mais c’est rien à côté de cette joie toute en gourmandise

Les travaux de la terrasse devrait rapidement toucher à leur fin nous allons donc vite être déborder aussi le midi 😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
