Our 17th Century Farmhouse has been completely modernised to ensure comfort whilst maintaining some original features. There is a very large lounge/diner with a large open fireplace, although the house is fully centrally heated for the winter months. There is a full family bathroom on each floor and an additional WC on the ground floor. The house is set in 1.5 acres of garden with its own private fenced pool. It is secluded, peaceful and situated on the edge of a small hamlet making it an ideal place for a relaxing family holiday or for chilling out with friends. The large garden provides a lovely safe play area for children. There are several patio areas around the house as well as a large patio surrounding the pool. There are many trees offering plenty of shade in the midday sun. The area has rivers and lakes with a variety of water sports, fishing, golf, tennis and horse riding. Civray is 5 kms away with a good range of shops, bars and restaurants.
