Well so far the wildlife has been fascinating around Apple Blossom House from red squirrels to green woodpeckers but this is my first ever encounter with a real live stick insect. He/she was just chillaxing on the wall next to the bedroom door.

Daisy Daisy Creations did these awesome door plaques for us on our bedroom doors for the lavender, Rose, bluebell and poppy rooms respectively. They look beautiful and so in character with the French House. All made with lovely Welsh slate. Love them.

Little subtle differences every time we visit but continually improving from the weather awnings over the upper doors to the jasmine and clematis now slowly growing up the pillars. We even have an olive tree in a big red pot 😁😁😁

The new decking is down and we have built a peaceful little corner to relax and contemplate. So glad it looks so nice.

New patio nearly finished just need to cut in the edges and it's sorted. It looks awesome.

Mind blown, I went to clean the balcony and noticed tiny droppings on the decking by the wall. Couldn't get a decent picture because they are a protected species but there are 2 families of pipistrelle bats living behind my shutters. I'm overjoyed.

The garden freshly mowed. House painted. Sensors fitted for the heated flooring and the balcony rails sprayed. I'm almost jealous of our guests next week 😁😁😁
