This tree was absolutely battered by the storms in April
It was a beautiful tree growing in the middle of the costal path and decorated at Christmas.
It was basically the only thing left standing after the storm i will try & find some photos.

Even the benches were washed away !

If you walk past it take a look it’s trying to grow back !

A lesson here for us all and now you know why it looks as it does it survived

Whatever’s thrown at you don’t give up !

Hi all just a quick note
Henrys is just us we are not a big company we have bills to pay if people book or not as you can imagine its not easy to keep going and we keep our prices low as we can

I always spend a lot of time with people answering questions when you book/ talking to you & we have the personal connection (hopefully)

The website states to take out holiday insurance Henrys cant cover cancellations

You pay your deposit to a payment company (stripe ) they pay me weeks later ! After taking their cut
We also get charged again on final payment

( a lot of returning guests pay via bank transfer to make a saving for them & us )

I always try to offer a different week if i can
For example someone has just cancelled because they have an appointment i offered the week after in exchange

But just to make it clear if you don’t take this i can not afford to refund your deposit

Just wanted to point it out as it is there and booking is not a 5 min job and i do not want to feel guilty over something i do try to make clear

Its a 24 hour job as it is keeping going
