Our Story

Welcome to Hays Travel Aylsham, where I am proud to be the Manager and lead my happy team - between the six of us we have over 100 years' of travel knowledge! I have been working in the travel industry since leaving college over 30 years ago. I opened this branch in 2011 and have great pride in how we have blossomed into an incredibly successful travel agency with a huge amount of repeat loyal clients. We love welcoming new clients from recommendations on a daily basis. Of course, aside from the obvious passion of travelling ourselves, it is the most rewarding job in the world booking clients' holidays and making their dreams a reality. My favourite three places to travel to are Mauritius, Canada, and Barbados. Although closer to home I love Majorca; which is close to my heart after spending many holidays there, dating back to when I was a child myself.

Let me introduce you to my team.

Sam, my Assistant Manager, has been in travel all her working life. Her favourite destinations are New York and The Maldives. She has been known to do a crazy day trip to a country just to experience the place in a few hours! We also have our lovely Lauren who has worked in travel for over 18 years mainly with TUI and Virgin, as well as being an experienced trainer for TUI. Her favourite destination is Florida. Lydia is our 2nd year Apprentice and is doing amazingly. Elyse is our 1st year Apprentice and having completed 2 years Travel & Tourism at college she is a quick learner and has settled so well in to our happy team.

We specialise in all types of holidays from world cruises and bespoke luxury holidays to city breaks and UK breaks. Between us, we have covered most of the world and experienced many different cruise lines. We also offer competitive rates for foreign currency and give preferential rates to our customers.
