Perfect for those who like to be pampered, Old Chapel House is attached to The Elysium Clinic, Hair & beauty salon/spa. Converted by the same owner (Laura) from a dilapidated second–hand furniture shop, guests can experience a wide range of relaxing treatments (payable extra), This can really add to your experience away, please be aware any treatments must be booked directly with the salon prior to arrival to avoid disappointment, please state you are guests staying at the Old Chapel House when booking.

For the last 7 years we have advertised exclusively with Cottages.com and we continue to do so, we have just received the ‘Customer Choice Award’ again for 2023 for the 5th year in a row, which we are super proud of.
We now have our own interactive booking portal, whereby you can book direct from our website, this will be the most cost-effective place to book and where vouchers will be applied for returning clients and special offers. That said you can now find us on various other platforms including Booking.com, Virbo, Sykes and Air bnb which is proving to be very popular with some belting 5* reviews.
We unfortunately had a two-week cancelation slap bang in the middle of summer so I am going to try out our new voucher system and offer a whopping 20 % off the advertised price, (valid till Aug 31st) check in and check out on a Monday or Friday with a minimum 3 night weekend stay

We only have one week left this month Monday May 23rd to Monday May 30th. You can book the week 7 nights, or mid week 4 nights or the weekend 3 nights. Give us a message for a great rate.

In June we only have mid week mon - fri stays available (4 nights)

A packed out April and the weather didn't disappoint for Easter...... May and June are also busy but a couple of sneaky stays still free as follows:-
May 13th to 16th Fri to Mon
May 23rd to 30th (Mon to Mon) or a mid week Mon to Fri or a weekend Fri to Mon
In June we only have mid week stays available Mon to Fri.

We have just received the 'Customer Choice award 2022' for the forth year running! This comes directly from reviews from customers who have stayed at Old Chapel House and took the time to review us. It only takes a couple of mins but lets potential new guests make decisions based on real experiences.....
Also a massive thank you to our amazing team of house keepers, Dawn Bickerdyke and her team who keep the Chapel gleaming and in check..... a proper team effort.

In Jan and Feb 2022 all weekends are booked but we do have mid week stays available Mon to Fri, so, if like me your Christmas plans got scuppered due to covid, why don't you grab your family and have a Christmas break this new year.... Since lockdown ended we have been back to back with bookings and it's been a pleasure to meet some lovely people ❤️❤️ we have very little availability for the remainder of the year however we have 1st Nov to 5th Nov (Mon to Fri)
29th Nov to 3rd Dec (Mon to Fri)
13th Dec to 20th
23rd Dec through to early Jan including New year. We don't usually rent out Christmas and New year but this year we have decided to....
