If you would like to book any of our day trips you can do so by e-mail, telephone,text message or by visiting our page and sending us a private message. Payment of deposits and the remaining balance can be made through Paypal, Bank Transfer When Booking any trips with Great Northern Tours we will ask you for your e-mail address and Mobile Telephone number, The reason we need your e-mail address and Mobile telephone number is for the following reasons: So we can e-mail you confirmation of the trip you are booked onto which will include pick up points, Pick up times and confirm how many People you have booked onto the trip,
Cost of the trip, payment information and payment due dates. We will also include in the booking confirmation our contact details, Including Mobile Numbers. We need your mobile number so we can send you a text message the day before with the pick up points and times and so we can contact you during the trip in case of emergency or if you are missing from the coach when we are ready to depart from our trip destination. We ask that you arrive at your pick up point 15 minutes before the time you are given so the coach is able to depart as close to the departure time as possible. So we can ensure your group is kept together we always have a seating plan and request that you be seated throughout the trip in the seats on the coach that we reserve for you, the seating plan will always be used to identify anyone missing from the coach and in case of any accidents. The way seats are allocated is in the order that we receive the bookings for each pick up point. We will always reserve seats as close to the front of the coach as possible for Disabled passengers and 1 carer that are travelling with us and we will do our very best to keep your group/family close together on the coach where there is a disabled person travelling with you, however this will depend on how many disabled passengers and their carers have booked onto each trip. All tours can be paid in full or with a 10% Deposit payable via PayPal and paid on day of departure This is refunded upon the cancellation by us. We will only ever cancel a tour with lack of passengers or we cannot source alternative travel. On some tours we may subcontract to other operators on our behalf.
