Blackpool and the rest of Lancashire will be placed in Tier 2.

What does this mean?
Blackpool's businesses (including tourism based businesses) will remain open with all the measures you would expect in place to help keep us all safe.

The 10pm Curfew remains in place.

The majority of the UK are still able to take day trips/breaks/holidays and this includes visits to Blackpool.
(Please check local travel restrictions or bans before making the journey).

Many areas of the UK fall under travel advice/recommendations rather than an outright ban. This means travel on public transport is discouraged where possible but please plan ahead and avoid busy periods/routes if using public transport.

If visiting Blackpool please maintain social distancing and wear a face covering unless exempt or under 11 in all indoor spaces and when using public transport.

Tier 2
You CANNOT meet family or friends in any indoor setting (including homes, pubs, restaurants, cafes).

You CAN now meet family or friends in your own garden, in the park or beer garden. 2 households can mix within the rule of 6.

Travel on public transport is also discouraged where possible. Anyone needing to travel is asked to walk or cycle where possible, or plan ahead to avoid busy times and routes on public transport.

Hi everyone Just a note to say where we stand today re Covid 19

As part of the hospitality trade we are open for business you must designate rooms to suit families couples & singles the lounge diner is easily set out for social distancing though you must wear a face covering whilst standing or moving around.
Hand sanitizer is available so please use frequently.
until the next review by the government that’s all I can tell you.
