Visiting Blackpool from today?
โน๏ธ ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ๐: As you may know, from today the Government has lifted restrictions on the wearing of face coverings indoors along with social distancing.
There is also no limit on the number of people who can meet indoors or outdoors, and businesses including nightclubs, theatres and attractions can operate at full capacity.
We understand that you may feel anxious now all legal restrictions have been lifted, but please be assured that you can still expect a safe and enjoyable experience here in Blackpool.
๐ท Please wear a face covering if you feel more comfortable doing so. For those who do not wish to wear one, we kindly ask that you respect those around you and their choices. Out of courtesy, when youโre out and about, make space for other people so they can social distance if they want to.
๐ช The revised Government guidance does advise wearing a face covering to protect yourself when coming into contact with people you donโt normally meet in enclosed, crowded spaces.
This means that you might be encouraged to carry on wearing a face covering in certain areas or on public transport. Remember to follow the individual safety guidelines set out in hospitality venues, accommodation and attractions as they may differ.
๐ข Many attractions have decided to keep session times, along with capped numbers, after seeing an improved visitor experience. We recommend booking any attraction tickets ahead of time, especially during the summer holidays.
โค๏ธ As always, stay safe, be cautious and respect other people and our local businesses. We canโt wait to SEA you soon.
