Blueberries Airbnb apartments are finally ready ! Over the last 6 months the top 2 floors of the blueberries building have been converted in to 2 really spacious apartments ! We have tried to keep a bit of the feel of the old blueberries- striping back and restoring the old floor boards and keeping it spacious with lots of light and lots of little fashion quirks from the old shop. All the work was carried out by the most amazing local builders Space Construction, who have done a fantastic job and took the stress away from us by tackling all the unexpected things ( and there were a lot!) without any dramas . Sadly my mum died before she could see what a transformation there has been to the building, but I’m sure she’s looking down and is proud of what we have achieved.
