Snowdon getting ready for the high season! If you're thinking of going up the PyG or Miner's tracks you can also park near the nearby(ish) Pen yr Gwryd hotel at the pay and display places 😁😁😁

From 23rd of March onwards, you will need to pre-book a parking space at Pen y Pass.

Very set of bus routes here, regular too, perfect for getting to 'out and back' walks around Snowdonia's mountains. But also great for 'over the top' walks where you can start and finish on different sides of Snowdon and the others, which you can't do just using a car! 😁😁😁

Climbing Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) or exploring the national park this weekend?

Please use designated car parks only, otherwise why not take advantage of the Sherpa Bus service which transports you around Eryri!

- The S1 bus takes you from Betws-y-Coed to Pen-y-Pass and Llanberis

- If climbing Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) via the PYG or Miner’s Tracks you can also park at Nant Peris and use the park and ride bus which goes every 15 minutes to / from Pen-y-Pass on Saturdays and Sundays (check the timetable for weekday frequency!)

These really are some of the best non-mountain climbing walks in Snowdonia!
