These stunning photos were taken by a friend (Dee Matthews) who lives in Borth.... The beach is her back garden.... So lucky... Anyway these were taken of last nights amazing sun set (1/2/2023) Borth is well known for its stunning sunsets but many only experience them during the warmer weather.... This is just to show you that they happen whatever the month.

Its now cheaper than a normal week in Feb, yet people are still expecting it for £150 for a week. 🥺 I can't reduce it any lower than what it is now, I'd rather the van be sat empty than have someone in it for next to nothing & have added extra costs for me.

Saw this on a post on a page that I'm on to hire my caravan out....

"Just so you know when owners give you prices they may not be as competitive as what parkdean could potentially be. But please consider this.
Owners can spend upwards of £60,000 on a caravan this only lasts for 18 years.
Pitch fees have drastically risen for this year and some could potentially be upto £8,000 per year.
Gas bottles which during cold seasons could go through 1 per week are nearly £90 each
On top of this we pay for your electricity, supply insurance for our caravans.
We legally have to have a current gas check and electricity certificate for your safety £80 each.
We also either pay cleaners or we take our time and journey down to clean and refresh the caravans for your stay, washing the sheets etc.
We also do our best supplying extra luxury items that parkdean would not offer, netflix, sky and miscellaneous."

I honestly could not have said this better myself.... So many people ask how much then say "no thanks or oh its to much" but people don't realise how much its costs us to give people a holiday.... I'm cheaper than the sites & honestly if I went any cheaper i may as well just let you have it for free because I'd be loosing so much money. Its ridiculous.

Best place on earth... (my opinion) April's 3 bedroom caravan to hire in Borth, ceredigion, Wales.

So I came down here on Friday so I could assess the damage from the storm.... It was rough yesterday & windy this morning, but this afternoon it's all cleared & it's lovely, no wind at all.... A little bit of damage to the site & my caravan but nothing major... This video was taken this morning, its one of the sea defence walls & the campervan car park.... Now time to enjoy the rest of my weekend 😁
