Coppice Hill is a stunning little 'Chocolate Box' street - something out of a Hovis advert or from the front of a traditional Christmas card. Our cottage, Coppice cottage, has been restored with love. We have tried to put back the cottage's charm and soul. We want you feel that the cottage is your home from home, and we would love it if you would use the cottage like your own home, and enjoy it.
In the main bedroom we have a Superking bed, this can be left as a Superking or can also be made up as 2 single beds. This bed will always be made up as a continental twin, so you don't have to deal with a duvet stealing partner! ( its normal on the continent, i have Belgian heritage, and i think its way better, hopefully you will to!)
This room can also take a Travel cot, we supply all the bedding for the babies cot. The cottage and sleep 4 adults and one baby. We have added a number of little touches to try and make your stay more enjoyable. There is a log burner in the lounge for cold winter evenings, we supply you with logs, kindling and paper to get you going. We have a Nespresso machine in the kitchen to help you get up and going first thing. We will leave a number of capsules but if you are a big coffee drinker you may want to bring a few extra with you :)
The cottage has a Smart TV so you can log in to your accounts and watch Netflix/Prime etc. No worries if you don't have these we will leave ours logged on so you can still enjoy movies/music. Having young children ourselves we supply a number of toys and books to help the children enjoy their stay too. We will ask your children's ages so we can make sure we pop in what will be suitable for your little ones. There is a growing number of books and games in the cottage for you to enjoy. Please do swap a book if you want to read one of ours. The stairs in the cottage are very charming but one one side there is no rail, the stairs are open. Please see the photos. I have very little children and they are absolutely fine with the stairs but it would be wise to watch children initially.
