As part of the Brecon Medieval Festival we are in partnership with murder mystery company 'Death on Demand' to bring you a night of suspicious activities inside a candle lit Brecon Cathedral.

"It is Brecon, 1370, and you expect to be attending a telling of The Good Samaritan story, by Alan of Tewkesbury, in Brecon Priory. However, when the infamous killer Malcolm Maxing is reported dead, the evening’s events take a twist in a murderous direction … "

From today, Monday 5 June, parking charges will be introduced at Pont ar Daf car park.

National Trust members will be able to park for free as you can do in all other National Trust car parks in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Non-members will be charged a flat fee of £7.50 per vehicle to park, payable via cash at a pay & display machine or by Pay By Phone. The option to pay by card is available seven days a week between 8am and 4pm when staff are on site.

The introduction of a parking charge will enable us to raise the vital funds we need to maintain facilities and carry out important conservation work in the Brecon Beacons.
