Rooke Developments Ltd are, Geoff, Paul & Tim on site building the homes daily, whilst Rachel works from the office doing everything from designing the build to the interior specification and ordering of materials, overseeing all new land purchases and sales of homes. Sandra looks after our accounts and invoicing. We have some fantastic partner Sub-Contractors who supply and fit our Electrics, Win
dows, Plastering, Plumbing, plus many more who we trust and have used for many years with our home building. Geoff has been a carpenter since 1967 and Paul studied construction in 1992, Tim has been bricklaying for over 25 years. With all this experience behind us we have been building Individual homes in Villages and towns throughout Somerset since 2004. We pride ourselves on the level of quality we provide and our after sales service. We always strive to exceed customer expectation.
