Spacious lounge. Gas central heating. Electric oven gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, smart television with Freeview and internet, dvd player and music system, travel cot and high chair, fridge and free standing chest freezer. Fuel and power included in the rent, bed linen and towels supplied. Own bedding for travel cot as this isn't supplied. Off road parking for up to two cars. No smoking inside the property.
