Peach Tree Holiday Cottage

After much deliberation I have made the very difficult decision to close Peach Tree Cottage to guests. The huge increase in gas, electric and water prices at the cottage and the added costs to my own utility bills to launder the bedding and towels, have made the cottage no longer a viable business.
I would like to thank my customers for all their support and especially to my returning guests who gave me great happiness to see their names again.
I hope that you continue to spend your holidays here in Bridlington but find another lovely property to call home for your staycation.

🔎Join us between 11am - 3pm on 16th of July as we explore the amazing coastline on the doorstep of Sewerby Hall and Gardens including FREE beach activities.

Help us as we identify the variety of flora and fauna, seaweed, shells and other animals as we investigate ecology on the beach.

Find out about the local geology & identify the different types of rocks you can find on the beach.

There will also be a range of activities taking place in the Orangery at Sewerby Hall (standard entry charges apply).

Rural Beaches – Dane’s D**e (Flamborough)
Designated Bathing Beach which holds a Seaside Award. With toilets available all year round.
There is a small shop open during the summer /school holiday periods and some weekends - with adjacent picnic benches in grassed woodland area. Designated Bathing Beach and Rural Seaside Award. There are many trails here with an abundance of natural flora and fauna, in April and May the woods are filled with bluebells and the smell of wild garlic. Several tree trails are worth exploring. Take care with steps. Some walks may not be suitable for small children. Pebbled beach access is via a paved steep pathway which is affected by water and debris which has run off from steep banks at either side. At low tide a sandy area is exposed below the pebbles

Did you know we offer a range of beach wheelchairs to help a day at the beach be accessible to all?

We even have a flotation chair for those wishing to take the plunge and enjoy a refreshing dip in the sea! 🌊

All beach wheelchairs are available to hire by calling our office on: 01262 678255.

Beach wheelchairs need to be pre-booked and a £20 cash deposit (refundable) is required.
