Mahonia Cottage is a wonderfully spacious link-detached Cottage situated in a quiet area away from the main Green yet close enough to walk to fabulous local shops, pubs and eateries and of course the acclaimed Hoste Arms Hotel. The Cottage itself is 'dog and child-friendly', it is very light and bright and has been newly decorated throughout. There is plenty of reception space with a large conserv

atory, a wonderful open plan kitchen diner and cosy sitting room with comfy sofas and open fire. There is also under-floor heating to the ground floor (excluding the conservatory) Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, the master is en-suite and there is a delightful twin bedroom with full size beds and with a fabulous arched window. The garden is south facing and fully enclosed, safe for dogs and children. A gate leads into the parking area at the back of the cottage and has two spaces for the cottage. Accommodation

A wonderful light and airy room with tiled flooring, glazed windows and roof with roof blinds and views of the garden. The conservatory can be used all year round and is south facing and has heating for the cooler months, comfy sofa, table and chairs and even a dog bed! The conservatory is the recommended entrance to Mahonia Cottage, ideal when arriving from the rear of the house with parking spaces at the rear of the Cottage. Entrance hall:

The kitchen opens completely onto the lovely dining area with attractive open shelving to one wall and 'Ercol dining table and six chairs, great for mealtimes with family and friends.
