Good Evening Everyone
I have never had to do a post like this in all the years I've been renting out caravans, but I'm so disappointed with the way my caravans have been left this week.
I travel 250 mile round trip on a Saturday to make sure the caravans are clean and ready for your weeks holiday.
I've arrived today
All 3 caravans were left unlocked, windows left open, dishes in the sink or on the draining board, lights left on, furniture moved and not put back, the fridge thermometer tampered with so the fridge and its contents were actually frozen and a dog had been staying in 1 of the caravans without me being told on the booking form.
I don't have a problem with dogs staying as long as I am made aware, but, to then realise the dog poo had been left in a carrier bag outside the caravan.
I know accidents can happen but what I arrived to this morning was disgusting.
I'm so sorry I had to put this post but it has really angered me
